Green T-Card
motivating a healthier lifestyle
The object of this project was to promote healthier lifestyles among an assigned demographic. The demographic assigned to this project was middle aged women. Researchcustomer lifestyle research With a goal to create a service that promotes healthier lifestyles, the interview questions went into detail covering as many aspects of the target demographics' (middle aged women) current lifestyle. The interview results were then mapped out on charts which aided in shaping personas that best represented our interviewees' lifestyles.
The Brainstormfinding connections
Inspired from the interviews, rough post-it brainstorming was done as a class, then some initial concepts were drawn in storyboard format. Defining "healthy" as a balance of both mental and physical health, possible solutions were sketched out on post-it notes and shared with others in class. The Ideahealthy life promoting metro card The storyboards created from the brainstorm were presented to our interviewees. From their second round of feedback, the project arrived at a solution; the Green T card - rechargeable metro card that monitors diet habits.
The Concept
promoting a new lifestyle
Nutrition Tracker Add-oncloser look at the add-on The nutritional tracker add-on allows users to better monitor their diet habits and easily seek out healthier restaurants. Also, as interviewees have desired bringing a social aspect to this service, this add-on also allows local restaurants and bars to advertise special events or deals going on, helping users try new places and meet new people. |
